This Shipping Policy explains how Flurny Nutrition (operated by Veloce Digital LLC, "we," "us," or "our") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed at www.flurny.com. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day may begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states and U.S. territories). We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

3. Where We Ship

  • Domestic (United States): We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (allow additional time for APO/FPO/DPO).
  • International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We are working to expand our shipping regions in the future.
  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
  • You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
  • If your tracking link is not active after 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@flurny.com.

5. Free Shipping Threshold

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75.00 USD or more (before taxes and after any applicable discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to expedited or express shipping options if offered.

6. Shipping Carriers

We ship using major U.S. carriers including but not limited to:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is at our discretion and is determined by package size, weight, destination, and availability at time of dispatch.

7. Delayed Orders

We strive to dispatch all orders within our stated processing window. In the event of an unexpected delay beyond our control (including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, extreme weather events, carrier delays, or high demand periods), we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery window, please contact us at support@flurny.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Flurny Nutrition is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early.
  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or other members of your household.
  3. Check your mailbox and any secure package drop locations near your address.
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package report.
  5. If you are still unable to locate your package after completing these steps, contact us at support@flurny.com and we will do our best to assist.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us at support@flurny.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged packaging and/or product
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please do not dispose of the original packaging before contacting us.

10. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Flurny Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@flurny.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Some products or promotions may have specific shipping restrictions. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page or during checkout.

12. Frequently Asked Questions — Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 2–8 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 3–11 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $75.00 or more receive free standard shipping anywhere in the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand internationally in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us at support@flurny.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking to become active. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact us at support@flurny.com.

My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

Please wait 24–48 hours, check with neighbors and building management, and contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue persists, email us at support@flurny.com.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or military address?

Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to military addresses may take additional time.
