1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
- The product was purchased directly from www.flurny.com. We cannot process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers.
- You have a valid order number from your original purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@flurny.com with the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"

- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for your return (brief description)
- For damaged or incorrect items: clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address.
- Ship the product back (where required) to the address provided in our response. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
- Refund issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving and confirming your return.
4. Refund Processing
- All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of us confirming receipt of your return, or within 3–5 business days of approval for no-return scenarios (damaged, incorrect, lost).
- Once issued, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–7 business days to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing times. This is outside our control.
- Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or lost item).
- For free shipping orders: only the product price is refunded. No shipping deduction will be made.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or lost items.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or flavor, please initiate a return for your current order and place a new order separately. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at www.flurny.com or by emailing support@flurny.com. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. If a subscription order has already been processed and dispatched, it will follow our standard 30-day return policy for that shipment.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@flurny.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We respond to all customer inquiries within 1–2 business days.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders for which a return request is submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date (unless an exception is granted at our discretion).
- Items that were not purchased through www.flurny.com.
- Gift cards or store credits.

Do I have to return the product to get a refund?
For satisfaction-based returns, yes — we ask that you return the remaining product to receive a full refund. For damaged, incorrect, or lost orders, no return is required. We will arrange your refund or replacement immediately upon confirmation.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and confirmed (or approved for no-return scenarios), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–7 business days to credit your account.
I only used part of the product. Can I still get a refund?
Yes. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies regardless of how much product you have used. Please return whatever remains of the product.
What if I ordered multiple boxes and want to return only part of my order?
Partial returns are accepted. You will receive a refund proportional to the number of units returned, subject to our standard return conditions.
What if I received the wrong flavor?
Please contact us at support@flurny.com with a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
I'm outside the 30-day window. Can I still get help?
Contact us at support@flurny.com. While our standard policy covers 30 days, we review all out-of-window requests on a case-by-case basis. We always aim to find a fair resolution.
